My first purchase of the gel - tired of pills and feel you receive more benefits with liquids etc. Blueberry/Pineapple is refreshing as chilled, hits the spots every morning. I went ahead and purchased Strawberry/Banana (change it up) to have ready when our supply runs out (like the fact you can freeze) plus purchased one for my aging parents - pray they feel the same wonderful benefits that we feel.
