We at Essential Sea Moss believe all our products to be of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to request a refund within 30 days of receipt. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, the item must be unopened with the seal intact to qualify for a refund. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
How to Qualify for a Return
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we require proof of purchase and proof of damage. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee after delivery if it is our error.
Cancellation of orders can only be made within 6 hours after the order was placed. Beyond that, we cannot cancel the order as it has already started production. If you refuse shipment upon arrival, it will be returned to sender. Once we receive it, a refund will be generated back to the payment on file, excluding shipping costs.
Coupon codes cannot be added after purchase. However, we will honor it on your next purchase even if it has expired. Please note: coupon codes or promotions cannot be combined. Use whichever is higher.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is secure. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor interact with the shipping company if the package is lost after being marked as delivered. An order does not qualify for a refund if a package is returned due to an "insufficient" or "wrong address."
